Mr. Gonsalves has litigated medical malpractice cases in Maryland, Virginia, and the District of Columbia for over 30 years. His civil litigation practice has primarily focused on the defense of medical malpractice cases, which he has tried in state and federal courts in all three jurisdictions. He joined the law firm of Armstrong, Donohue, Ceppos, Vaughan & Rhoades in 2002. A significant part of his experience has involved general liability and personal injury cases, appellate work, and representing health professionals in administrative matters.
