Our practice has focused on the defense of complex medical malpractice, professional malpractice and products liability matters as well as the defense of physicians and nurses before the licensing boards of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

We recognize the importance of depth and support in providing legal services to our clients. We regularly handle the defense of actions on behalf of long-term care facilities, hospitals, behavioral health and substance-abuse treatment centers, physicians, practitioners, health management organizations and other health care providers. In addition to our litigation services, we have also traditionally provided advice and legal counsel to our clients with regard to regulatory and statutory compliance matters, staff educational programs and continuing education courses. We assist with risk-management and quality assurance issues which permit our clients to take full advantage of our litigation experience and to incorporate that experience into the broader arena of health care management. We strive to deliver the highest quality of legal services in an efficient and effective manner.
