ADCVR Partner, Susan Boyce, secured dismissal of an action pending before the Maryland Board of Physicians. The physician was charged with unprofessional conduct in the practice of medicine and sexual impropriety. Following a Case Resolution Conference before the Board’s Disciplinary Committee, the Board dismissed all charges against the physician.
