ADCV&R Partner, Rob Maynard, recently obtained a defense verdict in a medical negligence case in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. The Plaintiff alleged that she sustained injuries to her popliteal vessels and surrounding nerves during a right total knee arthroplasty. Following a four day trial, the jury delivered a defense verdict in thirty minutes.
