ADCVR attorney Robert Maynard obtained a decision from the Maryland Court of Special Appeals in favor of a physician affirming the decision of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County to dismiss Plaintiff’s claims. Plaintiffs asserted allegations of medical negligence and lack of informed consent. The lower court dismissed Plaintiffs’ claims during trial for lack of sufficient factual basis in support of Plaintiff’s expert’s opinions.
