ADCVR partners Jeremy R. Krum and Robert D. Anderson obtained judgment in favor of their client in a significant slip and fall claim tried in the Circuit Court for Anne Arundel County, Maryland. At the end of Plaintiff’s case-in-chief, the court agreed with the defense that, as a matter of law, the Plaintiff had failed to put forth any evidence (1) that the Defendant was on notice of an allegedly dangerous condition or (2) that the Defendant had sufficient opportunity to correct the condition.
