ADCVR Senior Partner, Eric Rhoades, recently obtained a defense verdict in a medical negligence case that was tried in the Circuit Court for St. Mary’s County, Maryland. The Plaintiff alleged that she suffered a bowel perforation during the performance of a tubal ligation. Following a four-day trial, the jury delivered a defense verdict.
