ADCVR attorney, Alex Adkins, recently secured a defense judgment on behalf of a health care provider in the District Court of Maryland for Wicomico County. The Plaintiff alleged that the provider failed to render appropriate care to a postpartum patient. At the close of the Plaintiff’s case-in-chief, the District Court granted Alex’s motion for judgment resulting in a judgment in favor of the health care provider.
