Robert D. Anderson, Esquire joined ADCV&R’s team of attorneys in October 2018. For the past several years Mr. Anderson has concentrated the majority of his practice in the defense of health care providers. He also practiced in the field of civil litigation defense for several years. Prior to entering private practice, Mr. Anderson served as judicial law clerk to the Honorable Ronald D. Schiff of the Circuit Court for Prince George’s County, Maryland. During law school Mr. Anderson was a law clerk with ADCV&R, a Litigation Fellow for the Stephen L. Snyder Center for Litigation Skills, a teaching assistant for the Legal Analysis Research and Writing course, and captain of the Telecommunications Moot Court team. A native of California, Mr. Anderson received his undergraduate degree from California State University, Northridge and J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law.
