ADCV&R Welcomes Brooke Sim

Brooke Sim joined Armstrong, Donohue, Ceppos, Vaughan & Rhoades, Chtd. as a Law Clerk in September 2026. Her prior experience includes serving as a Google Public Policy Fellow for a Washington, D.C. technology policy association, where she conducted research and drafted appellate briefs on matters relating to privacy, antitrust, and Section 230. She also interned for Ranking Member Jamie Raskin’s House Judiciary Committee, where she researched and drafted briefs for members of Congress on matters relating to government oversight, immigration, and antitrust.

Ms. Sim graduated from Indiana University in 2020, earned her master’s in Business Administration from Western Governors University in 2021, and received her J.D. from American University Washington College of Law in 2026. During law school, she served as the Managing Editor of the American University International Law Review. Prior to law school, Ms. Sim served on a congressional campaign in Indiana and a gubernatorial campaign in Virginia.
