ADCVR attorneys, Ed Gonsalves and Nick Hallenbeck, obtain DISMISSAL for internal medicine physician in medical malpractice action filed in the United States District Court for the District of Columbia. After several hearings, the United States District Court found that the patient and her family failed to provide any proper notice of the claim, as required by the D.C. Medical Malpractice Amendment Act of 2006, and dismissed the claims with prejudice.
