Andrew J. Marter


Coming from a family of health care providers, Mr. Marter brings a personal sense of understanding and insight to his heathcare clients: father, general surgeon; mother, nurse; wife, radiation therapy dosimetrist; brother, obstetrician/gynecologist; uncles, orthopedic surgeon and radiologist. Mr. Marter has tried dozens of malpractice and personal injury cases in his 22+ year career. Mr. Marter takes pride in his attention to detail in both the discovery and trial phases of his cases – in particular with his knowledge of the medical chart and in preparing his clients for deposition and trial testimony.
