Robert Anderson Obtains a Defense Verdict in St. Mary’s County

ADCVR attorney, Robert D. Anderson, recently secured a defense judgment on behalf of a Hospital in the District Court of Maryland for St. Mary’s County. The Plaintiff alleged that the Hospital and several physicians were negligent in evaluating and treating the Plaintiff’s post-operative complications, and allowed the Plaintiff to leave the Hospital without appropriate treatment. At the close of the Plaintiff’s case-in-chief, which included the testimony of multiple physicians, the District Court granted Mr. Anderson’s motion for judgment, on multiple grounds, resulting in a judgment in favor of the defense.
