In the spring of 2022, Ken Armstrong tried a five day jury trial for an obstetrician in a medical malpractice case in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County in Rockville, Maryland. Plaintiff alleged that Ken’s client was negligent in the management of a post-partum visit, resulting in alleged unnecessary additional surgery as well as damages to the family (wrongful birth). The verdict in favor of the obstetrician has not been appealed.
