Ms. Kincheloe was a Partner with ADCVR for many years until 2003, when she left to work as a Senior Investigator for the Virginia Licensing Boards, primarily the Virginia Board of Medicine. She received a BSN from Marymount University and her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. For many years in her prior professional life, she was a Certified Nurse Midwife prior to embarking on her second career in the law.
