Ms. Kincheloe was a Partner with ADCVR for many years until 2003, when she left to work as a Senior Investigator for the Virginia Licensing Boards, primarily the Virginia Board of Medicine. She received a BSN from Marymount University and her J.D. from George Mason University School of Law. For many years in her prior professional life, she was a Certified Nurse Midwife prior to embarking on her second career in the law. ADCVR Partner, Susan Boyce, secured dismissal of an action pending before the Maryland Board of Physicians. The physician was charged with unprofessional conduct in the practice of medicine and sexual impropriety. Following a Case Resolution Conference before the Board’s Disciplinary Committee, the Board dismissed all charges against the physician.
