ADCVR attorneys, Ken Armstrong and Jeremy Krum, recently obtained a defense verdict in a medical malpractice case in the Circuit Court for Howard County, Maryland. The plaintiff alleged a permanent phrenic nerve injury following an interscalene brachial plexus block. Following a six day jury trial, the jury found that the defendants complied with applicable standards of care and provided appropriate care and management to their patient.
