ADCVR attorneys, Ken Armstrong and Ed Gonsalves, recently obtained a defense verdict in a wrongful death medical negligence case in the Circuit Court for Montgomery County, Maryland. The Plaintiffs alleged that a physician failed to timely diagnose and treat cardiac ischemia. After a six day jury trial, a defense verdict was rendered. The jury found that the physician complied with applicable standards of care.
