Professional Experience
Mr. Krum was born in
Cheverly, Maryland in 1979. He
is licensed to practice in Maryland, and in the United
States District Court of Maryland and the United States
Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit. He
is also licensed in the District of Columbia, the U.S.
District Court for the District of Columbia and the
United States Court of Appeals for the District of
Columbia.
Mr. Krum obtained his undergraduate degree at the
University of Maryland, College Park (B.A., magna cum
laude, 1999) with Honors Phi Kappa Phi and Omicron Delta
Kappa. Mr. Krum attended law school at The American
University, Washington College of Law and graduated in the
Top 15% of the class (J.D., cum laude, 2003). While
a student at WCL, Mr. Krum served as the President of the
Moot Court Executive Board and as a Member of the
Administrative Law Review.
Prior to joining Armstrong, Donohue, Ceppos & Vaughan,
Chartered as an Associate attorney, Mr. Krum worked for the
firm as a second and third-year law clerk. He has also
clerked for the Maryland Office of the Attorney General,
Criminal Investigations Division, and with the Office of the
Public Defender for Prince George's County, Maryland.
Mr. Krum has also served as a Volunteer Firefighter for
Prince George's County, Maryland, and was an active Member
of the Bowie Volunteer Fire Department from 1996 to 1999.
He remains a current licensed Maryland Emergency Medical
Technician-B, 1996-Present. He has been recognized for
service to the community by Citation by Governor Paris
Glendening, 1997, and as an Outstanding Firefighter of the
Year, 1996.
