Professional Experience
Ms. Mudd was born in Fairfax,
Virginia in 1977. She is licensed to practice law in Maryland and
the District of Columbia. Ms. Mudd is a member of the Maryland State
Bar Association, the Montgomery County Bar Association, and she is
an Associate member of the Montgomery Inn of Court.
Ms. Mudd received her undergraduate degree from the
University of Colorado in Boulder, Colorado, and her law degree from
the University of Baltimore in Baltimore, Maryland. Prior to
attending law school, Ms. Mudd was employed as a legal assistant in
Washington, D.C. During law school, Ms. Mudd clerked for the law
firm of Hamilton, Altman, Canale, and Dillon, LLC in Bethesda,
Maryland. In addition, she served as a Teaching Assistant and
Supervising Teaching Assistant for the Legal Analysis Research and
Writing I and II courses at the University of Baltimore School of
Law. Ms. Mudd was also a Staff Member, Assistant Editor, and later
Recent Developments Editor for the University of Baltimore Law
Forum.
Following law school, Ms. Mudd served as a law clerk
to The Honorable Patrick L. Woodward of the Court of Special Appeals
of Maryland.
