Experience
Mr. Gonsalves joined
the law firm of Armstrong, Donohue, Ceppos and Vaughan in 2002. Mr.
Gonsalves has litigated medical malpractice cases in Maryland, Virginia
and the District of Columbia for more than 17 years. His civil
litigation practice has primarily focused on the defense of medical
malpractice cases, but a significant part of his prior experience
involved the representation of plaintiffs.
Mr. Gonsalves received
his law degree in 1987 from the George Mason School of Law and his
Bachelor of Arts from Washington & Lee University in 1982.
Mr. Gonsalves’ bar
admissions include the State Courts of Maryland, Virginia, the District
of Columbia; The United States District Court for the District of
Maryland; The United States Court of Appeals for the Fourth Circuit and
The united States Court of Appeals for the District of Columbia
Circuit. Mr. Gonsalves is a member of the American Bar Association and
