Professional Experience
Ms. Peart was born in Silver
Spring, Maryland. Ms. Peart attended the University of
Maryland, College Park where she received her Bachelor’s
degree in Communication graduating cum laude.
Immediately following her undergraduate studies, she began
her legal studies at The George Washington University Law
School and received her Juris Doctor in 2007.
During Ms. Peart’s law school
career, she clerked for the United States Department of
Justice, Civil Division, Federal Tort Claims in Washington,
DC and she clerked for AARP Foundation Litigation.
Ms. Peart served as a Student
Mediator at The George Washington University Law School
Consumer Mediation Clinic and at the District of Columbia
Community Dispute Resolution Center.
Ms. Peart is licensed to
practice law in Maryland.
